Return Policy

Returns:
Here at Little Dear Boutique it is our mission to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to try making it right for you. We ask that you please inspect all items immediately to ensure you are fully satisfied. If there is an issue please see the guidelines below to make sure you fall within these guidelines to make a return.

Returns:

Returns must be sent back within 14 Days from the date of order! Please read below for full details.

Discounts 15% and higher are all considered Final Sale items and do not qualify as part of this policy! 

All returns are paid by the customer! They must be returned within 14 Days from the date of order for Credit! 

It is our mission that you adore your items, but if not, you are eligible for a Full Refund on the following conditions:

-All items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them with the tags attached (if there were tags attached).
-Items must be returned within 14 days of your original date of purchase.
-Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
-Customized items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

All items will be Fully Refunded to the original method of payment used during checkout, after they have been inspected and all guidelines have been met. Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them. Once your return has been accepted you will receive an email notification of the processed refund (to the email used during the original checkout process). If an item is not acceptable for return you are responsible for paying the shipping charges to get it back to you. 

Returns will not be offered after 14 days.

Sale Items:
Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Customized Items:
Customized Items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:
We DO NOT offer exchanges. We cannot guarantee that the product you ordered is available in the size you need, therefore we will not offer an exchange. We cannot hold items for you either.

Anything that is worn or washed, altered, smells of smoke, has stains, or animal hair will not be eligible for return. To make a return please contact us at littledearboutiqe@gmail.com.

If you believe you received an item with a defect please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for a replacement. After 3 days we will not offer a return and we cannot replace the item. Please inspect all items immediately when you receive them.
